FoundryZero is a venture studio. We don't incubate, invest, or advise — we build. Each venture starts from a precise thesis and graduates out when it's ready to stand on its own.
We operate as a tight, senior team across product, engineering, and design. No committees. No decks. The studio takes conviction bets on problems we understand deeply, then builds the team and product together — always in public, always in orbit.
Two ventures are currently active. More in the queue. We don't scale the studio; we scale the ventures that leave it.
Every venture moves through the same loop. The cadence is deliberate — we don't skip phases, and we don't ship software we wouldn't personally use.
